Reservations
All treatments/packages must be reserved with credit card to guarantee your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Since we strive to provide such a personal service to our clients, no-shows and cancellations impact us significantly. A full fee will be charged to your credit card for missed appointments. A 50% fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and 48 hours before a package of services or a group visit. Gift Certificates will be voided.
Gift Certificates
1.Certificate is redeemable for services or merchandise only, and is not redeemable for cash.
2.Certificate not valid after expiration date .
3.Certificate will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
4.Certificate must be presented before the service.
Payments
We are gladly accept cash or credit cards ( Visa, Mastercard, Discovery only) with additional 5% convinience fee, Sophia Spa Gift Cards, Spa Finder Gift Cards (service only). We do NOT accept personal checks. The fee for a bounced check is $25.
Gratuities are NOT included in the service price and may be paid with cash or separate check payable to the service provider.
Medical Condition
Advise us ahead of time of any medical condition, pregnancy, allergies or if you have used Retin-A.
Valuables
We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal items. For your protection, we request that you leave all jewelry and valuables at home.
Children
Children under the age of 10 are not permitted.
Cell Phones
Please remember to turn off cell phones and keep spa quite.
